Billboard Shoot

May 24, 2007

img_8198a.jpg

I was commissioned to shoot for the billboard of Andreley’s (A hip bar and resto located at San Jose, Tacloban City). The management wanted to promote their place not only as a bar and resto but for other functions as well. Lucien (art director/layout artist) wanted to have a birthday party shots catering to all ages… They called up their friends and their children to pose as models. I bet most of you will recognize them as they’re all Taclobanon’s…

I’m not sure which among the four will land in the billboard… But im pretty excited to see the final output.

Here are the other layouts that we did…

May 13, 2007

I should have posted this last night as promised but I got to finish some important things… Well after almost 2,000 blog hits in the last 6 days and averaging more than 300 visitors a day… only 105 took the time to cast their vote using polldaddy.com. Anyways, here is the final result:

poll-result.jpg

I would like to congratulate mana Nancy Mate for getting the most number of votes in my poll… :) As I have said this is just for fun and thank you for the time in dropping by and casting your vote.

I thought posting a political related stuff will just bored my bloggers… I guess I was wrong co’z as I found out “The Future of Tacloban…” post got the most number of comments ever. Wow!… 46 individuals sharing their personal political stand and I thank you all. I hope each and every Taclobanon will respect whatever the final outcome of today’s election and may the newly proclaimed Mayor continue to push for the progress and development of our City.

Anyhow, I will be locking the comment section of the previous post so as to avoid dragging the comments to the post election results… Thank you to all ‘come BLOG with me’ followers.

para-mayor-han-tacloban-cop5r.jpg

A week from now the people of Tacloban will be made to choose whom to lead the City for the next three years. I don’t really want to meddle with too much politics but I just wish to make an informal survey especially that we have lots of Taclobanon’s abroad as well as some locals that have an internet access whom they want to lead our City starting July, 2007.

I wish to make use of the poll system of polldaddy.com as its easy to check who you guys will you vote for Mayor this coming election…

Well, this is just for fun and this poll will DEFINITELY NOT confirm the final outcome of this coming election. I just would like each and every Taclobanon’s that have an internet access be counted. Guys you don’t have to be 18 years old to vote as long as you know how to read and click the mouse then botos na!!!

Please inform your friends to vote here!! BOTOS NA!!!!!!

Take Our Poll

I’ll be posting the final votes on the evening (Philippine Time) of May 13 to show who among the mayoralty candidates made the highest votes… hope it will be close to the final election result.

By the way, I am just glad to have stock photos of the candidates… Maupay nala that I’m into event photography…

It’s been a while since I posted an on-site photo slideshow that we do during every wedding. The onsite slideshow is a type of AVP wherein we choose shots we took before and during the ceremony and present them into photo slideshow at the reception. That fast!! Read the rest of this entry »

Norman & Melody

April 23, 2007

normanmelody_028.jpg

Norman and Melody was our first morning wedding ceremony couple for the year. Most of the wedding ceremonies that we cover normally start at 1:00PM… In Norman and Melody’s case, we have to be up early and be at the hotel by 5:30AM since their wedding ceremony was scheduled at 9:00AM at the Redemptorist Church. Norman wanted a military wedding from the very start since he is with the Philippine Coast Guard while Melody is working at the Admin Department of Eastern Visayas State University.
